Harry Potter

Stories will appear here as I get them finished enough to bear scrutiny. Expect this always to be an in-progress page.

Standard slash disclaimer applies: I don't own these characters, and I'm not making any money by writing about them. Also, they are not for children. If you are underage, please go elsewhere.

Short Pieces:

A Dram of Honesty, A Measure of Desire: SS/DM, PWP. Draco shows up at Snape's door late one night, and interesting chemical reactions occur. My first piece of fanfic, a chance encounter with low angst. My challenge to myself: to see if I could make this erotic without relying on explicit description.

In the Temple of Love: OOC PWP, explicit rough sex and gratuitous goth lyrics. I wanted to see what would happen if I sent Severus to a goth club, and it occurred to me that Draco would look hot in fishnets.... I offer no apologies. But I warn you it's got no literary merit.
Shine Like Thunder, Cry Like Rain: the companion piece, obviously, to "In the Temple of Love," this one tells the same events over again from Draco's POV. All previous warnings apply, along with another one for Draco being a hopeless poncy romantigoth. Sort of.

The Voice of Experience is my answer to a challenge by Minerva McTabby in honor of Blame Somebody Else Day. She did her best to assign people pairings that they would never, in ordinary circumstances, commit. I got Harry/Ginny. Boy, was that rough. Kinky but not painful, PWP fluff.

The Smell of Magic takes place a few years after the Potters' deaths, when a coincidence in a bookstore helps bring Remus out of his isolation and grief. Explicit sex, Remus/Bill, hurt/comfort.

Passing Notes in Class and its sequel, Hunting Big Game, were written for the third wave of the Severus Snape Fuh-Q Fest, and feature sixth-year students Remus Lupin and Severus Snape. Some sexual content in the first; explicit sex in the second.

Walk All Over You Severus/Draco pre-slash, written for the Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere Fuh-Q-Fest in answer to the challenge, "One partner has a boot fetish."

Serpents in Winter is explicit Severus/Schroedinger's Blaise, an obsessive little PWP in which Severus is Blaise's favorite cousin. Dedicated to Chaos Rose, who badgered me into writing it.
Additional Study: Blaise returns from Christmas holidays and further investigates Severus's charms.

A First Time for Everything was co-written with Chaos Rose, and is her favorite pairing -- Lucius/Severus. I think this Lucius probably owes more to her version of the character than mine -- my Lucius would never volunteer to bottom, especially not for something this kinky! Say it with me: explicit sex.

She Left Yesterday: Bellatrix/Death Eaters, as the Dementors remember it. Some sexual content.

No Accounting: For Lasair's flashficathon. Ginny has seen something that she can't seem to get out of her head. Femmeslash, some sexual content.

This Isn't Happening: Lily Evans can't possibly have a crush on Charlotte Wilkes, a Slytherin and a girl. That isn't how it's supposed to go. Explicit f/f.

Phoenix-fic:
The Animal On Your Back: Remus and Sirius during OotP, unable to come to terms with the Beast, unable to make things work between them.
Explosive is a 15-minute ficlet in the same timeline: Sirius can't understand why Remus has put all this distance between them.
Because I Do Not Hope is a quiet little piece about grief and loneliness, as Severus and Remus separately try to survive them. All lines of poetry are quoted from TS Eliot, as is the title, which is a line from "Ash Wednesday."

Competitive: Lucius and Narcissa
A series of stories in which the young couple have a great deal of sex.... Just not with each other. All chapters are sexually explicit.

What Lucius Gets, Narcissa wants. The setup for the rest of the series. Brief Lucius/Severus, followed by extended Narcissa/Severus, featuring the sex toy that every slash-writing woman wants.
Tender Woman Violence and noncon; Lucius/Lily. No good deed goes unpunished, especially when it's done for a Malfoy.
Compulsion: Narcissa proves a point; James assists. Whether he wants to or not. Contains Unforgivable!sex and complete amorality; not as vicious as "Tender Woman," but not a stroll through the park, either.
Dallying with the Gentry: Femmeslash. Charlotte Wilkes feels like she's been kidnapped by the Faery Queen. Lucius and Narcissa's wedding.
Wish and Prey is what Lucius was doing -- Evan Rosier -- while Narcissa was otherwise occupied during their reception. Dubious consent.

Tangent to the Competitive series, but not quite part of it: Haven in the Gale, Severus/Narcissa. Takes place two months after "What Lucius Gets." Narcissa misses Severus, and arranges a rendezvous between them.

Draco Malfoy and the Grimoire of Herevel

A post-war romance and adventure story, in which Draco and Severus both have much bitterness to unlearn. No smut in the early chapters, but eventually explicit slash. Please note that I began work on Grimoire in March 2003, and it is not Phoenix-compatible. Incomplete.
